Larry Delrose is based in Palm Springs, and has been involved in
nationwide real estate acquisition since 1971. As director of Acquisitions
for Sundar Corporation, Mr. Delrose works with companies to identify
their financing needs and match these needs to the opportunities of
a sale-leaseback program. He is expert in identifying sites suitable
for sale-leaseback and mapping out with a company the steps involved
in starting such a program. Mr. Delrose has dealt with a wide range
of companies, from start-up through investment grade and in this way
Sundar has established itself as a serious alternative to Wall Street
